We have used CoastKey on our boats since 2007, and the product is both robust and reliable.
One of the biggest advantages of installing a CoastKey system is that it actually gets used. An ordinary kill cord (with a lanyard) stops the driver from moving freely.
With CoastKey you can do exactly that. CoastKey also works as the ignition key for the engine, and you can operate the anchor windlass or other equipment as well (which on its own is a good reason to buy it).
With CoastKey, safety is taken care of.
