The following sets out the return and refund terms from our Terms of Sale.
Returns and refunds
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. To process a return, please email us at post@coastkey.no with your receipt or proof of purchase.
The following are non-returnable: gift cards and downloadable software products. Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or for items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Sale items are not refundable.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from it. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges are available only for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at post@coastkey.no.
